Introduction Trainings (Category 2)
There are two introduction training sessions:
a. Sales and Legal Awareness Training (Step 1 Training)
This training session introduces the new Members to the whole world of SOPHIE management, the showroom, the offices, the warehouse, the training programs and more. The new Members will have the clauses of the Membership Contract explained to them, including information about prices, use and method of use of products as well as provisions relating to warranty, return of products and more. Moreover, new Members will also be provided the training on the applicable law relating to multi-level selling.
The session will also provide a platform to introduce the product categories and some selling techniques, including how to sell SOPHIE products and make Member money. Successful sellers will present testimonials and there will also be a brief outline and introduction of Recruitment Training. The bonus system (Incentive Plan) will be discussed and the Recruitment Training will be promoted.

b. Recruitment Training (Step 2 Training)
This session is a forum for introducing the earnings opportunities (incentive plan) with SOPHIE and also how to invite and bring people to SOPHIE Opportunity Meetings and then recruit them on a one-to-one basis Members can also learn how to sign up new Members, help them grow and achieve dreams with SOPHIE PARIS.
This training program is a mandatory process in order to ensure that Members understand their rights and obligations and can duplicate SOPHIE’s system accordingly in recruiting their own Members and reselling goods. Each MEMBER has an obligation to become familiar with and agree to SOPHIE policies.
